Karpiel International was formed in 2007 as a European Union Business Development Partner with plans to manufacture the legendary Karpiel Armageddon, Disco Volanté and Apocalypse mountain bike frames. We are now in the process of reintroducing these famous frames with exciting new upgrades designed and tested by Jan Karpiel himself. We will continue to build on the legacy of Karpiel innovation begun in the deserts of Utah 15 years ago by introducing brand new bike frames, currently in the design phase, which will take the sport of downhill and freeride to an entirely new level.
Karpiel International is a small bike company that places emphasis on craftsmanship, quality and design. Karpiel bike frames are not produced in factories, or in large numbers. They are meticulously handcrafted and tested for durability. Each bike is a numbered collector edition model with every detail of its construction documented and checked by a rigorous three-tiered quality assurance process. We build extraordinary bikes for extraordinary experiences and each one is a guaranteed original, just like the riders who turned the Karpiel bikes of the past into legends.

The properties of titanium allow the design of a lighter spring with added travel and more resistance to set. ICHU Titanium springs are 45% lighter than steel springs.
